Heavyweight stocks such as HUBCO, PAEL, KML, OGDC, UBL, and PPL recorded gains and traded in positive territory.
On Wednesday, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) closed marginally higher as profit-taking following the strong rally witnessed over the previous two sessions limited further upside.
However, investor sentiment remained supported by easing concerns over global oil prices and signs of improving geopolitical stability.

Meanwhile, international oil prices declined, providing additional support to market participants. U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude fell 1.25% to $75.83 per barrel, while Brent crude dropped 1.4% to $78.41 per barrel.
