The Anti-Terrorism Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, as reported by national media.
According to details, the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore heard the case related to the October 5 protest by PTI in Lahore and the violence against police.
During the hearing, the investigating officer informed the court that the police had summoned Ali Amin Gandapur and others multiple times for investigation, but they did not comply. The suspects are wanted in cases related to the October 5 protest and violence against the police.
Subsequently, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Ali Amin, Hammad Azhar, Saeed Sandhu, and Shehbaz Ahmed due to their failure to join the investigation and also ordered that all individuals be presented before the court.
