Priyanka Chopra recently shared an Instagram story showing the wildfire near her Los Angeles home. In the video, she expressed concern for those affected, praising the tireless efforts of firefighters and first responders.
The Bollywood actress remarked, “It’s crazy,” and conveyed her support in the caption: “My thoughts are with everyone affected. I hope we all stay safe tonight,” adding folded hand emojis.
Priyanka also re-shared alarming videos of the fast-moving blaze destroying thousands of homes and acres of land. She lauded the bravery of first responders, writing, “A huge shout out to the incredibly brave first responders. Thank you for working tirelessly overnight and continuing to help families affected.”
The fires have caused significant destruction across Los Angeles, with thousands of homes lost. Hollywood celebrities like Anna Faris, Eugene Levy, Cary Elwes, Mandy Moore, and Paris Hilton revealed their Malibu homes were completely destroyed, forcing last-minute evacuations with their families.
Actors Adam Brody and Leighton Meester also lost their $6.5 million home. Stars such as Ben Affleck, Tom Hanks, Adam Sandler, and Steven Spielberg were among those who evacuated as the flames threatened their residences.
