PPL announces on-job training program for Pakistani graduates

Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), a leading player in the hydrocarbon sector with a legacy spanning over sixty years, is committed to fostering youth development.

In line with this commitment to capacity building, PPL has introduced a dynamic on-job training program, offering a promising opportunity for young professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The program is available to Pakistani nationals, either local or foreign-qualified, holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in specific disciplines.
  • Applicants should be under 28 years of age at the time of the advertisement.
  • A minimum academic score of 60% throughout the academic career is a prerequisite.
  • Candidates who graduated after July 1, 2022, or are awaiting final exam results by May 2024, are eligible to apply.

Disciplines and Categories:

The training program encompasses diverse disciplines, including Engineering, Geosciences, Information Technology, Support Services, Finance, Internal Audit, and Mines & Minerals. Each discipline features specific categories tailored to the qualifications of the applicants.

How to Apply:

Prospective candidates must register with the National Testing Service (NTS) by March 18, 2024, and submit a non-refundable fee. Direct applications to PPL will not be considered.
