Police fails to locate missing girl in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: Police have failed to locate a girl who went missing from Pindora area of Rawalpindi three days ago.

The girl’s father, Muhammad Shafi, said that his daughter was employed as a domestic maid at the resident of Dr Muhajid. He revealed his daughter was also having a dispute over a relationship.

Three days ago, when her father went to his house, Dr Muhajid told him that his daughter had left the house and was no longer there. The doctor also warned him from coming to his house again.

Shafi said that he suspects Dr Mujahid, his father and another school teacher of kidnapping his daughter. He raised fears that she may have been sexually assaulted.

Shafi filed a complaint with the police and a First Information Report (FIR) was registered after three days. He said the matter is being delayed and urged for justice to recover his missing daughter.
