PML-N decides to symbolically inaugurate Green Line Metro Track
Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Ahsan Iqbal has decided to symbolically inaugurate Green Line Metro Track with the aim of making it clear to the government that the foundation of the bus project was laid during the Nawaz Sharif regime.
According to details, the PML-N leadership was ready for the symbolic inauguration of the Green Line Metro Track. The former interior minister will visit Green Line Metro Bus Route today and symbolically inaugurate the track. The PML-N leadership rescheduled his visit to Karachi.
Today, Ahsan Iqbal was about to return after completing his tour of Sindh, but in view of the instructions of the party leadership, the former federal minister extended his stay in Karachi. According to PML-N, the cornerstone of the Green Line bus project was laid by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

PML-N leadership unites for symbolic inauguration apart from Ahsan Iqbal, other former Sindh governor Muhammad Zubair and former finance minister Miftah Ismail are also ready to inspect the green line route. A symbolic inauguration ceremony will be held at Nazimabad No. 7 today at 1 pm.
PM Imran Khan has already hinted at the inauguration of the Green Line bus project. Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, Planning Minister Asad Umar, and SIDCL officials are ready to inspect the route. The project will be inaugurated on 10th December.
Earlier, Asad Umar, Federal Minister for Planning and Development and head of NCOC, had said that the prime minister would inaugurate the first modern transport system in Karachi on 10th December.
Earlier, this modern transport project for Karachi was to be completed in 2017, but this year 40 more buses for the Green Line project reached Karachi, bringing the total number of buses to 80.
