PM to attend reception hosted by Trump today

Provision of electricity at reasonable rates is govt’s top priority: PM
NEW YORK: Prime Minister Imran Khan will attend the reception hosted by the US President Donald today.
As per his schedule, the prime minister will first participate in the opening ceremony of the general debate of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
The prime minister will also meet with President of Ethiopia Sahle Work-Zewde and Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern. A meeting is also scheduled Premier Khan and President of Egypt Abdel Fattah Al Sisi.
The prime minister will also go to state luncheon hosted by the UNGA. Afterwards, he will host a dinner in honour of the heads of delegations of Organization of Islamic Council contact group on Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK).

Earlier on Monday, Prime Minister Imran Khan met US President Donald Trump in a televised event during which the two spoke on the situation in IoK.
Addressing the US president and the reporters, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Trump has been heading the most powerful country in the world and the most powerful country in the world had a responsibility.
