ISLAMABAD: Briefing the Prime Minister Imran Khan, Advocate General Niazullah Niazi said that the Additional Sessions Judge in the Mohsin Baig case had issued the order in a hurry and the legal requirements had not been met.
Advocate General Islamabad Niazullah Niazi called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in connection with the Mohsin Baig case. The Advocate General gave a detailed briefing to Prime Minister Imran Khan on the case of the journalist.
Briefing the Prime Minister, Advocate General Islamabad Niazullah Niazi said that what is going on is not true, there is no one above law, Mohsin Baig injured FIA official, some elements who opposing PTI are giving the wrong direction to the matter.
Niazullah Niazi said that the legal requirements were not met by the Additional Sessions Judge, soon a reference will be filed against the Additional Sessions Judge.

Mohsin Baig threatened on-duty police and FIA personnel. The Additional Sessions Judge hastily issued an order regarding Mohsin Baig. He said that Mohsin Baig had fired at the police and FIA personnel.
Senior journalist Mohsin Baig has been arrested by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) from his house in a raid. The news of the journalist being arrested was confirmed by Mohsin Baig’s son himself. The senior wing of the FIA raided Mohsin Baig’s home, whereupon the senior journalist and his staff sought an arrest warrant, which the FIA team refused to show.
