ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan is scheduled to visit Karachi on a one-day stay on 27th December.
The prime minister will meet the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Inaf (PTI) elected representatives at the Governor House. He will also be given a briefing on the city’s law and order situation during his visit.
The prime minister is expected to hold meetings with party MNAs, MPAs, and leaders of coalition parties.
Earlier on Friday, while talking to the lawmakers from Karachi, the prime minister said that the city was the economic hub of the country, and its progress was the progress of the country.

On the other hand, Imran Khan will chair an important meeting of Council of Common Interest with 16 points agenda.
In this regard, Earlier on 20th December, he chaired a preliminary meeting for the forthcoming 41st meeting of Council of Common Interests. The meeting summoned was attended by the chief ministers of all the four provinces and few members of the federal cabinet.
