RAWALPINDI: Former Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad has said that if Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif does not know the meaning of default, then he should go to the house of the poor.
In his message on Twitter, the Awami League chief said that if the prime minister does not know the meaning of default, then go to the house of the poor. A repayment of 8.3 billion dollars has to be done in the first 3 months of the new year, he maintained.

In a Twitter message, Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said that the main problem of the country is political and economic terrorism. PDM has been begging for 9 months and no charity is being given to them. They are neither getting respect in Pakistan nor respect and help from outside, he tweeted.

The former interior minister said that if there is political stability in the country, economists will be able to give results. “All economic aristocracy will fail in political instability. Those who are not conducting the local elections, will they do the general elections?” he maintained.
Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said that factories are closing down across the country, and the reference rate of the dollar has become Rs 270. A 2-year-old technocrat government will not be able to reduce political tensions. The election is the only solution to all problems, he said.
