Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a partnership with Air France that will enable passengers to travel to 21 European destinations on a single ticket, expanding the national carrier’s international connectivity.
The agreement allows travelers to book their entire journey under one reservation, offering seamless connections through Air France’s extensive European network. The collaboration is expected to simplify travel by eliminating the need for separate flight bookings while providing greater convenience for passengers.
In a statement shared through its official channels, PIA highlighted the key features of the partnership, including one-ticket travel, access to 21 destinations across Europe, smoother flight connections, and an improved overall travel experience.
The airline said the agreement would strengthen connectivity between Pakistan and Europe, benefiting business travelers, tourists, and those visiting family by making international travel more efficient and flexible.
The announcement comes weeks after PIA’s privatization, as the airline’s new management moves ahead with its turnaround strategy.
Backed by fresh investment, PIA plans to expand its fleet, increasing the number of operational aircraft from fewer than 20 at present to nearly 40 in the coming years, with a long-term goal of operating more than 60 aircraft.
