Parliamentary Board will be formed soon: Senator Faisal Javed Khan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Faisal Javed has said that the opposition should be ready as PTI has started its election campaign and a parliamentary board will be formed soon.

In his message on the social networking site Twitter last night, the senator said that PTI has started its election campaign. “Parliamentary boards will be formed soon in which the ideological workers of PTI will be given first priority,” he wrote.

In a Twitter message, Faisal Javed Khan said, “PTI kicks off it’s election campaign. Parliamentary Board to be formed soon. Ideological & our die-hard workers shld be given top priority. Senator Faisal Javed Khan said that the elections would be held on an electronic voting machines and overseas Pakistanis would be given the opportunity to vote through the internet.

It may be recalled that earlier notification was issued for the resignation of Imran Khan as the prime minister who will continue to fulfill his responsibilities till the appointment of a caretaker Prime Minister. The 52-member cabinet was also dissolved.

Imran Khan has been de-notified as the Prime Minister by the Cabinet Division. The notification said that under Article 94, the President has directed the Prime Minister to continue his work.
