Pakistani passport holders can currently travel to 30 destinations through visa-free entry, visa-on-arrival (VOA) or electronic travel authorization (ETA), according to the Henley Passport Index July 2026 update.
While Pakistan’s passport has slipped back to 100th position globally after briefly improving to 97th earlier this year, travelers still have access to a diverse range of destinations across Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific.
Eleven countries offer visa-free entry to Pakistani citizens, including Barbados, Dominica, Haiti, Micronesia, Montserrat, Rwanda, St Vincent and the Grenadines, The Gambia, Trinidad and Tobago, Vanuatu and the Cook Islands.
Another 16 destinations provide visas on arrival, allowing travelers to obtain entry permits upon reaching their destination.
These include the Maldives, Nepal, Cambodia, Madagascar, Palau, Samoa, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Timor-Leste, Tuvalu, Burundi, Cape Verde Islands, Comoro Islands, Djibouti, Guinea-Bissau and Niue.
Moreover, Kenya, Seychelles and Sri Lanka require Pakistani travelers to secure an electronic travel authorization (ETA) before departure, offering a simplified alternative to traditional visa applications.
