ISLAMABAD: The coronavirus continues to infect the people of Pakistan, leaving 796 people in the country in the grip of the epidemic, leaving 10 dead.
According to figures released by the National Command and Operations Center on Saturday morning, a further 796 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Pakistan in the last 24 hours and 10 deaths have been reported.
According to the NCOC, the total death toll has risen to 30258 after 10 more deaths, while the death toll has risen to 1513503 after adding 796 new cases.
During the last 24 hours, 37785 tests were conducted across Pakistan while the proportion of positive cases was 2.10 percent. The number of patients in critical care was 842.

In the country, 1831 patients have recovered from this virus while the total number of those who recovered was 1453496. A total of 29749 active cases were recorded in the country.
So far 569737 people in Sindh, 502455 in Punjab, 216812 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 134583 in Islamabad, 35363 in Balochistan, 43094 in Azad Kashmir, and 11559 in Gilgit-Baltistan have been infected with the coronavirus.
Besides, 13518 people have lost their lives in Punjab, 8083 in Sindh, 6286 in KP, 1016 in Islamabad, 788 in Azad Kashmir, 376 in Balochistan, and 191 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
