ISLAMABAD: The Government of Pakistan has decided to write to the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) against the act of desecration of the Holy Quran in the Norwegian city of Kristiansand.
This was decided in PTI’s core committee meeting under the chair of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Sources said PM directed Foreign Ministry to write to OIC to raise the issue and said such activities against Islam would not be tolerated.
The meeting also discussed the foreign funding case. PM directed Babar Awan to brief the whole nation about foreign funding case.
The committee members expressed concerns over the administrative issues in Punjab and different suggestions were put before the table regarding administrative matters in Punjab.
Imran Khan also met Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar after the meeting. Sources have said that the PM Imran Khan has decided to bring positive administrative changes in Punjab.
