ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan is scheduled to visit in Karachi on Monday to attend an event at the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital.
As per sources, the prime minister will arrive in Karachi on a one-day visit. Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital is the project of the prime minister.
Moreover, Imran Khan will arrive in Lahore today on a one-day official visit to chair important meetings where he will be briefed on the performance of the Punjab government.
During the visit, the prime minister will meet Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar and Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar. He will also meet provincial cabinet members.
The prime minister earlier returned to Pakistan after a three-day official visit to Davos where he attended the World Economic Forum (WEF).
During the visit, the prime minister met several world leaders including United States President Donald Trump, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong during his visit to Davos, Switzerland.
Imran Khan addressed at the WEF on 22nd January where he highlighted important steps taken to improve the economy of the country and investment opportunities.
