KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and federal minister Syed Khurshid Shah has said that no democracy pact is being signed in Dubai.
Speaking to the media in Sukkur, he expressed his views regarding the meeting between PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif and People’s Party Chairman Asif Ali Zardari in Dubai. He said that there are meetings between politicians.
Khursheed Shah said that the supervisory setup will come as soon as the term of the government is over, and the general elections will be held on time. “People’s Party will take the decision regarding an alliance with other parties in the election,” he added.

The People’s Party leader said that on May 9, a party did what the enemy could not do in 75 years. “Desecration of military installations and memorials of martyrs is condemnable,” he said by adding, “Nothing has come out yet regarding the ban on PTI.”
