Malala Yousafzai, who has been facing extreme backlash for skipping the terrorist acts by Israel in her tweet, is now being compared to Lebanese-American media personality Mia Khalifa.
Many people expressed extreme outrage over Malala for not speaking for the Muslims in Palestine despite having humongous international outreach. Pakistan’s youngest laureate took to Twitter and condemned the act in which nine children among the 20 people died in Gaza and scores of rockets were launched into Israel. According to her tweet, the violence in Jerusalem especially against children is unbearable.
The violence in Jerusalem – especially against children – is unbearable. This long conflict has cost many children their lives and their futures. Leaders must act immediately – there is no peace when children and civilians are not safe. #AlAqsa https://t.co/bLv3XyA1OV

However, on the other hand, Mia Khalifa took the stand and claimed that she sees crimes against humanity and the United States is funding with an annual $3.8 billion.
All I see are crimes against humanity that the United States is funding with an annual $3.8B. #freepalestine ???????? pic.twitter.com/X9hy7uSv2d

MIa’s tweet was liked by the social media users and they decided to compare both the personalities:

You’re right, I’m privileged to sleep safely in my bed tonight. But I vividly remember living through sirens, air strikes, ground shaking, walls rattling in hideout basements, and destruction in Beirut due to unrest. I say #FreePalestine as loudly as I say “pray for Lebanon.” https://t.co/Yj7PQ4xzfe
