Musician and education activist Shehzad Roy has raised an interesting question about people denying coronavirus but believes in ‘nazar’.
The singer took to Twitter and wrote, “I have heard people saying that there is no such thing as corona, bakwaas hai, corona is a myth” but they genuinely believe in “nazar, saya and bhoot” any comments?”
Interestingly, people had different answers to his simple question. Some people found it funny how the singer has compared completely two different things. Let’s have a look at what netizens have a solution to his question:
Cause nazar and saya are in islam bro, islam is the only true reality more so than science.

This stems from a place of ignorance. People often have an easier time believing something that has religious groundings, i.e., nazar saya and bhoot and are quick to dismiss something entirely scientific, i.e., corona, as a “yahudi sazish.” lack of awareness and education imo

I think we have a natural tendency to ignore what is visible with your senses. The virus is not a myth, sadly the hype around the world is.
