Nawaz Sharif hospitalised in Lahore as his health worsens

LAHORE: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif was shifted to the Services Hospital on Monday night after his health worsened.
According to the details, Nawaz Sharif suffered platelets disorder and developed a clouting problem in the body after which he was shifted to the hospital, where he underwent a medical checkup.
Doctor of Nawaz Sharif, Adnan Khan, earlier in the evening raised an alarm about his worsening health, urging the government to immediately shift him to hospital for treatment.

Dr. Adnan Malik also said that his platelet count was critically low which could be due to multiple pathologies.
At the hospital, Nawaz Sharif was tested for dengue fever but the test returned negative
A large number of PML-N workers assembled outside the National Accountability Burea (NAB)’s office in Lahore and chanted slogans against the officials and the government.
This is not the first time Nawaz has been shifted to the hospital. Earlier this year, he was shifted there for medical treatment after he suffered cardiac pain.
Nawaz Sharif has been imprisoned since last year for his alleged role in the Chaudhary Sugar Mills case.
