KARACHI: Pakistani animated movie “The Donkey King” is scheduled to release in the theaters of the Turkish cinemas from today.
Movie ‘The Donkey King’ will be screened on more than 100 screens in Turkey. It has become the first animated movie of Pakistan which has been dubbed in the Turkish language.
This is the fourth global release of the film. It was previously released in South Korea, Spain, and Russia in native language dubbing.
The Donkey King is a 2018 animated comedy movie. The film features the voices of Jan Rambo, Ismail Tara, Hina Dilpazeer, Ghulam Mohiuddin, and Jawed Sheikh. It was released in Pakistan on 13th October 2018.

Earlier in October, another Pakistani movie ‘Laal Kabootar’ won the Best Feature Film Award as part of the Tasveer South Asian Film Festival (TSAFF) Archana Soy Audience Choice Awards.
Pakistani actor Ahmed Ali Akbar bagged the Best Actor award at the Washington DC South Asian Film Festival for his performance in the critically acclaimed Laal Kabootar.
Movie Laal Kabootar is a Pakistani crime-thriller, inspired by the streets of Karachi. The film features Ahmed Ali Akbar, Mansha Pasha, Rashid Farooqui, Raza Gillani, Syed Mohammad Ahmed, and Ali Kazmi and many others.
