Meghan Markle shared her behind the scenes struggle in a recent interview.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have taken an action against British Tabloids for invading privacy of the British Royal couple. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been closely followed by British press since the day they tied the knot.
On the other hand, Meghan Markle is facing the similar situation when she revealed that she was dating Prince Harry. However, the constant scrutiny by British tabloids has significantly increased after their big day.
She said that her friends had warned her against the British Press and added, “But when I first met my now-husband, my friends were really happy because I was so happy but my British friends said to me, ‘I’m sure he’s great but you shouldn’t do it because the British tabloids will destroy your life.”

She responded to the absurd statement saying, “And I very naively — I’m American. We don’t have that there — [I said] What are you talking about? That doesn’t make any sense. I’m not in any tabloids. I didn’t get it. So it’s been, yeah, it’s been complicated.”
The Suits actress further revealed her struggles when she was expecting that, “Any woman, especially when they’re pregnant, you’re really vulnerable, and so that was made really challenging. Then when you have a newborn, you know. And especially as a woman, it’s a lot” adding “So, you add this on top of just trying to be a new mom or trying to be a newlywed. It’s um… yeah. I guess, also thank you for asking, because not many people have asked if I’m okay, but it’s a very real thing to be going through behind the scenes.”
