According to the family’s complaint, Hassan Raza allegedly assaulted the boy with a water pipe following a dispute regarding damage to a vehicle window.

The incident prompted immediate intervention by law enforcement after the family reported the matter to police.
“The child sustained injuries during the alleged assault,” said a police spokesperson. “Immediate legal action was initiated upon receipt of the complaint.”

Case Registration and Arrest

According to details gathered by MM News, a formal first information report (FIR) has been registered under case number 898/26 at the relevant police station.

The arrest was made following the DIG Operations’ directive to take swift action in cases involving violence against children.
