The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) on Monday declared a reduction in prices for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
According to a notice from the regulatory body, the price of LPG will decrease by Rs6.45 per kilogram, now set at Rs 250.33 per kilogram. For users of domestic cylinders, there is a notable reduction in cost, with a Rs76 decrease. The updated price for domestic cylinders is Rs 2,954.
Additionally, the government decided on Sunday to increase the price of petrol by Rs9.66 for the next 15 days.
In a notification from the finance ministry, it was stated that, as part of the biweekly revision of petroleum product prices, upon the recommendation of the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the Government of Pakistan has determined the consumer prices effective from April 1, 2024.
