In a tragic incident in Sindh’s Tharparkar district, the Islamkot area was struck by lightning during a thunderstorm, resulting in the death of at least 50 livestock animals.
According to local sources, the animals were grazing in open fields when the lightning bolt hit, leaving farmers in shock and despair.
Livestock is a primary source of livelihood for residents in this arid region, and the sudden loss has caused significant financial hardship to several families.
