Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), after the consultation with New Zealand Cricket (NZC), has announced the venues for the upcoming tour later this year.
New Zealand travelled to Pakistan in September 2021 but returned home without taking part in the series. New Zealand promised to make up for the loss incurred by agreeing to tour Pakistan twice, and PCB Chairman Rameez Raja maintained a tough stand.

From December 27 to January 15, the Blackcaps will compete in three World Cup Super League games as well as two Tests to defend their World Test Championship crown.
Kane Williamson’s side — on the first leg of the tour — will play Test matches in Karachi from December 27-31 and January 4-8 in Multan. The team will then return to the port city to play three ICC Super League matches from January 11-15.

Since October 1990, New Zealand hasn’t played a test match in Karachi.
Five T20Is and as many ODIs will be played during the second part of the tour. Four T20Is will be played in Karachi from April 13 to April 19, while one T20I and two ODIS will be held in Lahore from April 23 to April 28.
From May 1–7, the final three ODIs of the series will be played in Rawalpindi.
