JIT confiscates computer holding 2000 emails from India

KARACHI:  A joint investigation team has recovered a computer of an employee of Karachi University that had 2000 e-mails sent from India.
During a raid, three workers of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London (MQM-L) named Shahid, Adil Ansari and Majid Ali was arrested. The computer of accused Majid Ali, an employee of the University was recovered from his university’s department. 
The anonymous sources revealed through the mails of the computer that an Indian-based terrorist named Mahmud used to provide weapons and funds in Karachi’s network and guide other instructions too to a group in Karachi. While the money was transferred through money exchanges into the accounts of unknown people.
Majid Ali in an attempt to prevent being arrested by the law enforcement agencies used his office computer. It was also revealed that Majid Ali got the job in the university because of his deceased elder brother, who was also an employee at the university. He was murdered in a targeted killing. 
According to sources, the JIT has recovered all the armed weapons that were hidden in a rented house located at block 15 of the F.B area in Karachi. The accused also revealed in front of the JIT that they had close ties with several political leaders.
The emails used code literature for weapons, while terrorists during a JIT investigation also named the people who have funded them in this cause.
Sources revealed that after the revelations of the terrorists, the JIT is expanding its investigation to expose the people who are involved in facilitating terrorist groups.
