SYDNEY: A happy Indian fan succeeded to find his life partner during the 2nd ODI between India and Australia even as the visitors faced another defeat at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
The lucky man, wearing an Indian team jersey, proposed to his Australian girlfriend during the match and was featured on the big screen at the iconic venue. The girl was supporting the home side as she was donning the yellow colour t-shirt.
The Indian fan was seen going down on his knees and handing over the ring to his girlfriend, and the girl said yes. The entire crowd cheered as the commentators and players enjoyed a light-hearted moment in the match.
Was this the riskiest play of the night? ????

Even Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell, who watched the proposal on the big screen, was impressed with the Indian fan’s effort.
India fans have been coming in large numbers to the ODIs at SCG as Australian authorities allowed 50 percent capacity crowd for the ongoing series between India and Australia.
Earlier today (Sunday), chasing an enormous target of 390, the Men in Blue could manage just 338 runs in their 50 overs. Skipper Kohli’s brilliant knock of 89 went in vain as the Australians took wickets at a crucial stage of the game.
Steve Smith hit his 2nd successive hundred of the series after a hundred-plus opening stand between David Warner and Aaron Finch. It was India’s fifth consecutive ODI defeat — for the first time since January 2016.
