Imran Khan’s latest picture from prison goes viral

An alleged latest picture of PTI founder Imran Khan went viral from jail on Wednesday night. The picture, posted by PTI, is widely circulating on social media, particularly on X, with the party claiming that it was taken inside Adiala Jail.

In the picture, Khan can be seen wearing a black jacket, and another person standing beside him is partially visible. Lawyer Abuzar Niazi is also recognizable in the photograph.

The PTI founder has been in jail since his arrest in the Toshakhana case on August 5 last year and has not been seen in public since then.

Following his arrest, Imran Khan has faced trial in three different cases, including the Toshakhana case, Cipher case, and illegal Nikah, with only selected members of the media allowed to report on the hearings. Reporters have claimed that their phones are deposited before being allowed entry into the prison.

It should be noted that Khan has been sentenced to 14 years in jail in the Toshakhana case, 10 years in the Cipher case, and seven years in the illegal Nikah case. Additionally, there are other cases against him, including those related to the May 9 violence.
