ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has constituted a larger bench to hear a plea seeking Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chief Imran Khan’s disqualification for allegedly concealing his daughter, Tyrian Jade White, in his nomination papers.
The Chief Justice, chairing a larger bench of Islamabad High Court judges, will hear the petition to disqualify Imran Khan. The petitioner has taken the position that Imran Khan did not reveal his alleged daughter.
The petitioner has requested the Islamabad High Court that Imran Khan is disqualified for allegedly hiding his daughter. The court disqualified former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan is accused of not revealing the details of his alleged daughter Tyrian Jade White.

It should be noted that earlier the IHC constituted a larger bench to hear the case against Chairman PTI and the former prime minister. Two days ago today, the IHC decided that a 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Amir Farooq will hear the disqualification case against Imran Khan for hiding his daughter.
Besides Chief Justice Amir Farooq, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir are also included in the High Court Judges’ Bench.
