Ihsanullah beats Quetta Gladiators: Who is he?

In the third match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Multan Sultans’ fast bowler Ihsanullah overthrew the Quetta Gladiators’ batting line-up.

Ihsanullah took five wickets for 12 runs in four overs while playing a historic spell in the match.

Along with taking five wickets, Ehsanullah also showed the essence of fast bowling and bowled the ball at a speed of 150 kilometers per hour.

Where does Ihsanullah belong to?

The 20-year-old fast bowler belongs to Khyber Agency, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. He has represented Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Second XI in domestic cricket.

In domestic cricket, he has so far taken 22 wickets by playing 7 first-class matches, while in the domestic one-day tournament Pakistan Cup played last year, Ihsanullahwas named the second-best bowler of the tournament by taking 22 wickets in 11 matches.

Discovery of Ihsanullah Multan Sultans

The budding right-arm fast bowler was added to their team by Multan Sultans in the local player category in 2022, after which he has played 5 matches for the team and picked up 13 wickets.

In the match against Quetta Gladiators, he took the wickets of Jason Roy, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Iftikhar Ahmed, Umar Akmal and Naseem Shah, due to which the entire team was bundled out for only 110 runs in 18.5 overs.

Quetta Gladiators captain Sarfraz Ahmed was bowled by Ihsanullah at a speed of 150.3 kilometers per hour. This historical spell of Ihsanullah is being praised on the social media website Twitter.
