The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new biker service to provide various identity-related facilities at citizens’ doorsteps, making it easier for people to access services without visiting NADRA centres.
Under the new initiative, citizens can book an appointment and call a NADRA biker to their homes to complete applications for identity card renewal, modification and other related processes.
NADRA said the facility is currently available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Taxila, Wah Cantt, Lahore, Karachi and Hyderabad.
How to book Nadra biker service
Citizens can book an appointment through the NADRA helpline at 051-111-786-100 or 1777 (from mobile).
A flat fee of Rs. 1,000 applies for the at-home biker visit (includes Rs. 825 service charge and Rs. 175 delivery fee), plus the standard document fee.
Available Services
CNIC renewal, modification, Family Registration Certificate (FRC), and replacement of lost documents.
The service aims to provide greater convenience, especially for elderly citizens, persons with mobility issues and those who face difficulties visiting registration centres.
NADRA has encouraged citizens to use the official appointment system to access the doorstep service and complete their identity documentation requirements efficiently.
