As we all know, Feroze Khan’s lawyer earlier claimed that his client wants to settle the matter of his ongoing maintenance case of his children outside the court.
Now, the reason behind this claim has surfaced online by Feroze Khan’s lawyer as he revealed that the Habs actor is not financially stable to pay for the required maintenance.
According to Khan’s lawyer, Feroze Khan is currently not getting any project after all the allegations against him. He said that they can’t promise anything which they cannot fulfill but when he starts getting projects, he will cooperate in this regard.

The lawyer also said that he’s hopeful that Syeda Aliza Sultan, Feroze’s ex wife will cooperate with them. The lawyer further said that they will be suggesting two amounts before the court to be paid, one for the present and the other for the future.
On the other hand, Syeda Aliza Sultan’s lawyer also shared his side of the story and said that Feroze Khan and his lawyers are using delaying tactics.
