ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Court Islamabad has adjourned the hearing of the Toshakhana case against Chairman PTI till July 17.
Election Commission lawyer Saad Hasan appeared in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar. Election Commission lawyer Saad Hasan replied that Amjad Parvez will give arguments on behalf of the Election Commission, he will not be able to appear in court today due to domestic commitments.
On this occasion, the Election Commission requested to adjourn the hearing till tomorrow. Judge Humayun Dilawar said that the hearing is not possible tomorrow, the district court is shifting, and there will be no case tomorrow morning in the F8 court, or it may be possible that the hearing will be held in the new building of the court tomorrow.

Election Commission lawyer Saad Hasan replied that he will talk to Amjad Parvez and inform the court in 5 minutes, on which the court adjourned the hearing of the Toshakhana case.
After the break, the hearing resumed, Election Commission lawyer Saad Hassan requested to adjourn the hearing till Monday and said that the courtroom is being shifted, we also want the hearing to be adjourned till Monday.
On this occasion, Chairman PTI’s lawyer Gohar Ali Khan appeared in the court. Judge Humayun Dilawar told chairman PTI’s lawyer Gauhar Ali Khan that he is very busy today, Amjad Parvez cannot appear today, requesting to adjourn the hearing till Monday.
Judge Humayun Dilawar declared that he will hear the Toshakhana case on Monday in the new court building. Chairman PTI lawyer Gohar Ali Khan said that the Toshakhana case will be heard in a new court with a new atmosphere, “Good to see you in new court”, and he requested that the Toshakhana case be heard on Monday. Set the time for 11 o’clock.
The court accepted the plea of adjourning the hearing of the Election Commission and Chairman PTI’s lawyer and adjourned the hearing of the Toshakhana case till Monday, July 17 at 11 am.
