In the area of Thana Sadar, Pira Da Kot Kalyanwala, a grandfather has sexually abused his disabled granddaughter for a month. A case has been registered against the grandfather, Yusuf, on the request of the victim’s father, Muhammad Zigham Rasheed.
According to the text of the FIR, the complainant, Zigham Rasheed, informed the police that on June 14, when he returned from work, he saw his father engaged in rape with his disabled daughter. Zigham Rasheed stated that his 18-year-old daughter told him that the accused had been sexually abusing her for a month and threatened her if she told anyone. Zigham Rasheed has requested the police to take action against the accused.
It is worth noting that a similar incident occurred some time ago in Sargodha, in the vicinity of Sillanwali, where a grandfather had sexually assaulted his own granddaughter, leading the victim to despair and commit suicide by setting herself on fire with petrol.
