Google has announced the launch of the Google AI Professional Certificate Program for Pakistan.
The program aims to bridge the rapidly growing skills gap in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). It is designed to equip individuals with practical expertise in AI, enabling them to use this technology fluently and effectively in their daily professional activities.
AI technology is transforming the foundations of the global economy, leading to a significant increase in demand for professionals who understand and can work with it.
According to new research by Ipsos and Google, 70% of managers believe that a workforce trained in AI is essential for success, yet only 14% of employees have been offered formal AI training.
Google’s AI Professional Certificate aims to address this gap. The program is based on a “Learn by Doing” approach and includes over 20 practical exercises.
Participants are also granted three months of free access to Google AI tools, allowing them to practice directly with Google’s advanced AI models and integrate them into tools they already use, such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets via Gemini.
The certificate consists of six comprehensive courses and a final capstone project, all provided by Google experts and AI professionals.
