Gold prices in Pakistan remained unchanged on Saturday, January 16, 2026, in line with stability in the international bullion market, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa, Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA).
In the previos session,the price of 24-karat gold per tola remained steady at Rs482,462, while the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also stayed unchanged at Rs413,633.
In the international market, gold was traded at $4,601 per ounce, recording no change.
Meanwhile, silver prices rose during the session. The price of 24-karat silver per tola increased by Rs100 to Rs9,525.
They noted that gold’s intrinsic value, limited supply, and historical independence from government or central bank policies continue to make it a preferred hedge against economic instability.
Market analysts said the overall outlook for gold remains positive, citing global economic uncertainty and continued investor demand for safe-haven assets.
