KARACHI: Former Pakistan cricketer Sadiq Mohammad and his wife tested negative for the novel COVID-19 on Friday.

Samples of the former cricketer and his wife were collected for a COVID-19 test the other day. Their samples were collected at their residence after Sadiq was suffering from symptoms similar to those of the COVID-19.
Sindh government health authorities have reported 274 fresh cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) during the last 24 hours, taking the total number of patients in the province to 3,954.
On a social media website Twitter, Advisor to Sindh Chief Minister on Law Murtaza Wahab on Friday said, that provincial health authorities conducted 2,561 tests of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, out of which 274 comes positive. He said overall 35, 589 tests have been conducted till date.
The Advisor further said the number of the recovered patients in Sindh province now stands at 772 while, the death toll by coronavirus in Sindh has reached to 73.
