KARACHI: A fire broke out on Tuesday at a warehouse located in Karachi’s Shershah area which still not been brought under control.
The number of fire incidents in Karachi has not decreased. A fire broke out in a warehouse near Shershah and engulfed the entire warehouse.
One fire tender took part in the firefighting operation which gradually increased to six fire tenders. The warehouse owners said that the fire brigade showed negligence which allowed the fire to spread.

Goods worth millions were burnt to ashes. Fire brigade officials said that there are various small warehouses where the fire spread. The walls of the warehouse have become dilapidated due to the fire.
Station Fire Officer Asif Mansoori said that the clothes brought from abroad are kept with chemicals. He said that we were not supplied water by the water board due to which the fire spread further.
