FESCO okays new salary hike for its employees

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has approved the implementation of the new pay scales and allowances of the federal government

It has been decided to revise the basic salaries of FESCO employees from July 1, 2026, while the disparity reduction allowance 2026 has been approved, and the rate of conveyance allowance has been increased.

It has been decided to revise the conveyance allowance for FESCO employees from BPS-1 to BPS-22.

An increase in the special conveyance allowance of disabled employees has also been approved.

The new pay scales and allowances of the federal government will be implemented in FESCO from July 1, 2026.

The board approved important decisions for employees in its meeting on August 22, 2026.

On the other hand, an increase in pension has been approved. The administration approved the adoption of 5 important letters of the Ministry of Finance in the company.
