RAWALPINDI: A European Union delegation led by Ambassador of European Union, Androulla Kaminara, met Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa today (Tuesday).
Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) issued a statement in this regard.
During the meeting, matters related to mutual interest, regional security including Afghan Reconciliation Process, situation at LOC and Indian Occupied Kashmir came under discussion.
Ambassadors of different countries including Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden and officials were also part of delegation.
The European Union delegation appreciated Pakistan’s role for peace and stability in the region.
