KARACHI: Pakistan’s largest charity, Edhi Foundation, has added a new light aircraft to its air ambulance service, bringing the total number of operational aircraft in its fleet to three.
This strategic expansion is aimed at strengthening the foundation’s emergency response capabilities across the country, particularly in critical situations such as medical emergencies and natural disasters.
The newly acquired aircraft will be utilized to transport patients to hospitals swiftly and deliver essential relief supplies to disaster-affected areas.
It underscores the Edhi Foundation’s ongoing commitment to enhancing humanitarian services and saving lives through timely medical intervention.
