The Punjab School Education Department has opened a new e-transfer round for teachers seeking postings after promotion, awaiting placement, or applying for mutual transfers.
According to the department, applications in all three categories will be accepted from June 23 to June 30 through the School Information System (SIS) portal.
Under the e-transfer process, eligible teachers will be able to select schools of their choice from available vacancies on the portal.
The department said a review committee will hear and decide appeals from July 1 to July 6. Transfer and posting orders for selected teachers will be issued on July 9.
Promoted teachers will be considered for placement against available vacancies, while teachers awaiting posting will also be accommodated through the process.
