Former federal minister Muhammad Ali Durrani says that the PPP has sold the water of the Indus River and the rights of the people in exchange for 9 billion rupees.
He said that the issue of water distribution could be solved by following the constitution, but due to deviation from the constitution, hatred is increasing among the people.
Muhammad Ali Durrani, while talking to reporters, described the Presidency as a symbol of Nefaq rather than federalism and said that the people of Punjab stand with the people of all provinces and their constitutional rights.
He warned that if the rulers did not side with the people of the units, history would convict them.
Referring to Pir Sahib Pagara, Muhammad Ali Durrani said that he has made it clear that he will support only in the national interest, while no one can be supported in the larger personal interest.
Terming the Umerkot by-election as the starting point of the joint political struggle of the opposition alliance, Muhammad Ali Durrani said that the 26th constitutional amendment has eliminated the constitution, judiciary and democracy from the country.
