The footage, widely circulated online, shows two foreign women mocking an Arab Muslim woman wearing a burqa at a Dubai restaurant. The video, shared on January 1, depicts the women filming the Muslim woman and a man seated at a nearby table, mocking her appearance and violating her privacy.

According to a foreign news outlet citing Dubai police, the tourists were arrested for breaching UAE laws by filming the woman without her consent. The police emphasized the seriousness of the violation, underscoring the country’s strict privacy and cultural respect regulations.
