KARACHI: Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan has selected C-Square to implement social media solutions to provide ultimate banking experience to its customers.
Dubai Islamic Bank’s vision to provide customers with secure and technologically advanced banking solutions will be enabled by Genesys social media banking solution which is secure, reliable and easy to use reducing customer effort while increasing positive customer experience.
The agreement was signed at C-Square’s head office in Karachi by Syed Zaka Ur Rehman, Head Digital Banking & Marketing Dubai Islamic Bank and Ahsan Mashkoor, CEO & Co Founder C-Square in the presence of key stakeholders.
Speaking on the occasion Syed Zaka Ur Rehman said that in order to keep up the pace with changing customer behavior, banks must gear-up to provide the services which are easily accessible to their customers.
“Social media banking is another step towards a more engaging experience for customers which will be seamless, quick and secure. Embracing this change is imperative for the banks,” he added.
Ahsan Mashkoor added: “This marks a milestone in industry where organizations are emphasising on the use of more demanded channels i.e. WhatsApp. At C square we are adamant to develop further conversational watch and our emphasis is on prioritising ease on doing banking.”
