Dollar at Rs278.55, Euro at Rs325.46 in Pakistan’s Open Market

KARACHI: Fresh foreign currency rates for Pakistan’s open and interbank markets have been released. According to the rates updated at 11:00 a.m. on September 13, 2026, the US dollar is being bought at Rs278.05 and sold at Rs278.55 in the open market.

In the open market, the British pound is being bought at Rs375.75 and sold at Rs378.70, while the euro is being bought at Rs322.48 and sold at Rs325.46.

Similarly, the buying rate for the Saudi riyal is Rs74.05, while its selling rate is Rs74.70. The UAE dirham is being bought at Rs75.75 and sold at Rs76.58.

The Australian dollar is being bought at Rs199.05 and sold at Rs202.47 in the open market, while the Canadian dollar has a buying rate of Rs198.82 and a selling rate of Rs204.81.

The Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs38.27 and sold at Rs38.99, while the Japanese yen has a buying rate of Rs1.7339 and a selling rate of Rs1.8337.

Interbank Market Rates

In the interbank market, the US dollar has a bank buying rate of Rs277.25 and a selling rate of Rs277.75.

The euro has a bank buying rate of Rs321.67 and a selling rate of Rs322.25, while the British pound is being bought at Rs374.29 and sold at Rs374.96.

The Saudi riyal has a bank buying rate of Rs73.83 and a selling rate of Rs73.97. Meanwhile, the UAE dirham is being bought at Rs75.75 and sold at Rs76.58.

In the interbank market, the Australian dollar has a bank buying rate of Rs198.35 and a selling rate of Rs198.71, while the Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs200.81 and sold at Rs201.17.

The Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs41.31 and sold at Rs41.38. The Japanese yen has a buying rate of Rs1.7958 and a selling rate of Rs1.7991.

Other interbank rates include the Danish krone at Rs43.04 for buying and Rs43.11 for selling, the Hong Kong dollar at Rs35.36 for buying and Rs35.42 for selling, and the Singapore dollar at Rs218.60 for buying and Rs218.99 for selling.

The Swedish krona is being bought at Rs28.58 and sold at Rs28.63, while the Swiss franc has a buying rate of Rs340.77 and a selling rate of Rs341.38.

The Thai baht has a bank buying rate of Rs8.36 and a selling rate of Rs8.38.
