Dawlance, the technology leader in Pakistan’s home appliances market, has recently won the “Best Omni Channel Campaign Award” at the ‘Pakistan Digital Awards ceremony (PDA) 2021, by outshining all the major participating brands.
This is the second consecutive year that Dawlance has been recognized at the PDA ceremony. In 2020, it had participated in this prestigious forum for the first time, where its Sync campaign had won the ‘Best Digital Marketing Communications Award’.
This prestigious accolade reflects the innovative superiority of Dawlance – a brand renowned for producing feature-rich and energy-efficient products to achieve a competitive edge and sustainable growth.
This award category honoured Dawlance’s outstanding ‘Omni Channel Campaign’, which basically means ensuring uniformity of communications throughout all mediums. The campaign was based on Dawlance’s innovative new refrigerators with Nature Lock, Vitamin Fresh and Hybrid Cooling Technologies.
These advanced products, launched last year, got an amazing response from the market and so did the campaign. As part of the campaign, the brand utilized product reviews along with an extensive digital PR campaign and other assets, which ensured effective communication of the message across the masses, to reach all the relevant consumer segments in Pakistan.
Chief Marketing Officer Dawlance Hasan Jameel stated that: “These new, feature-rich refrigerators have added great value to our product range. The operational excellence and responsive customer care of Dawlance has been honoured at many prominent international forums, while the ‘Best Omni Channel’ award is one more feather in our cap. Since the Pakistani consumers have continued to trust our brand for over 40 years, our main aim is to give them a seamless experience, by enriching our products with more advanced technologies and features.”
The fifth Pakistan Digital Awards 2021 attracted most of the top brands in Pakistan. The jury consisted of industry-leading professionals, belonging to the digital marketing fraternity of Pakistan.
This grand annual event also facilitates constructive dialogue between major brands and stakeholders, to achieve collective goals and enrich the economy. This year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the ceremony was once again aired digitally and a very limited number of guests were invited to the actual venue.
