WASHINGTON: The coronavirus has infected 38,746,513 million people and killed 1,096,881 people worldwide.
The number of recovered people from the coronavirus has risen to 29,123,542 and there are 8,523,446 active cases. The United States ranks first among countries infected with the coronavirus, with 221,843 people killed and 8,150,043 diagnosed with the coronavirus.
India ranks second in the world in terms of corona cases, with more than 7.3 million people diagnosed with the coronavirus and 111,311 deaths. Brazil is the third most affected country in the world, with more than 5,141,000 people affected and 151,779 deaths.

More than 1.34 million people have been infected with the coronavirus in Russia, bringing the total death toll to 23,205. More than 937,000 people have been affected in Spain, while 33,413 have lost their lives. In Argentina, more than 931,000 people have been affected and 24,921 have died.
Colombia is the fifth most affected country by the coronavirus, with 28,306 deaths and more than 930,000 reported cases. In Peru, 856,951 people have been affected and 35,511 have died.
