Rawalpindi: Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi on Friday met an important person in Rawalpindi and discussed the political situation in Punjab, sources told MM news.
As per the source, the CM arrived in Rawalpindi from Lahore where he had an hour-long important meeting with the important person and then left back for Lahore.
Chief Minister Punjab reached Noor Khan Airbase in Rawalpindi by a special flight to meet the important person in Rawalpindi, the sources told MM news.
Later, the Chief Minister was taken to the important person’s office under tight security, the sources added.
After an hour-long meeting with the important person, Chief Minister left for Lahore by a special plane from Noor Khan Airbase, the sources concluded.
It is pertinent to mention here that PTI chief Imran Khan will announces date for dissolution of Punjab and Pakhtunkhwa assemblies tomorrow, while some informed sources have claimed that CM Elahi will not follow Imran Khan directions regarding dissolution of provincial assembly, and he would do what he would be directed by important person of Rawalpindi.
